Technicians can use our mobile solutions for Windows Mobile phones to access and update customer information, service schedules and notes, routes and schedules and other information that can be synced in real time with a data plan or offline that can then be synced later via a cradle or wifi connection. Sales people can use our PestPac iLead application for iPhone or iPad to access and update their schedule, lead data and sales pipeline information in real time from anywhere. Our Executive Dashboard business intelligence reporting application has a mobile-friendly view that provides owners and managers key data on how the business is performing from anywhere at any time.
Our integrated GPS Vehicle Tracking and Route Optimization modules allow PestPac customers to more efficiently manage and optimize their field force, saving time and money while improving the level of customer service that that they can provide.
