An Account Manager would be assigned to work hand-in-hand with your PestPac Administrator during the conversion process. The process would start with a draft conversion of your data which the Account Manager and your PestPac Administrator would review thoroughly to make sure the data is in the right fields and also that we know the defaults that need to be set within PestPac for the way you do business. All during this process you continue to work in your current software. Then once the draft is finalized we will convert your data and put you live using PestPac coinciding with the training you have chosen for your staff. This way data issues can be addressed and resolved prior to your organization going live on PestPac Office Management Software.
