Marathon Data Systems, LLC is now offerring data list services to our customers. We have pre-negotiated excellent pricing with list vendors to be able to provide you with excellent lead lists. We can offer a New Mover, Business and Neighborhood Marketing List as described below!

New Movers Data List

With the Marathon Data Systems' New Movers Lead Service you can get a listing of the new homeowners or businesses that are new to your service area. The leads will be imported in to your PestPac Software leads area twice a month.

You can even have us send out a postcard on your behalf to the New Mover leads to notify them of your pest management services.

New Movers are a great source for new customers.
  • New Movers are year round sales opportunies with more than 215,000 families making more than $75k per year moving in the last 3 months nationally.
  • They typically have very few relationships to trust for service referrals.
  • Loyalty to their previous service provider isn't a priority.

We can also provide a data list of Neighborhood Marketing to Existing HomeOwners in your service area. You can choose the homeowners to target based on annual household income, Length of Residence, square footage inside and acreage outside. For this list we can provide the initial postcard mailing or 3 postcard mailings too!
