Each customer has a secure username and password to help ensure account protection. The customer is prompted for this information after clicking the account access link on your website. Account Statement
Customers can go online to view or print an Account Statement that shows each invoice with an outstanding balance. The statement can be viewed online or printed out for remittance with payment.
Service History
This feature shows a history of each service visit. The report is sorted in date order to make it easy to search through the list.
Material Usage History
The Material Usage feature of our customer relationship management crm software provides a history of all chemicals that were applied during past service dates. The report shows the date, type of chemical and building address for each chemical application in the customer’s account.
Billing History
Your customers will have access to a report, listing each invoice in their account, sorted in date order. Your customers will also have the convenience of being able to print out these invoices directly from the report.
Payment History

Station History
The Station History section of the PestPac.net Online Customer Account Access provides customers with a diagram including color-coded station indicators complete with activity level and current status. The Station History Diagram can be viewed to highlight the Type of Pest and the Level of Activity. You can click on a station indicator to see the complete history of any particular station. The PestPac.net Online Customer Account Access also comes with station history reports to show trend analysis.
