PestPac's notification system uses a credit-based model with a free allotment included in your subscription. Additional credits are available at tiered rates depending on your notification volume. Does PestPac support two-way texting with a shared inbox for my team?

Yes. PestPac's Communication Center provides a unified inbox for email, text, and web chat. When a customer texts, you see their full account details — balance, upcoming orders, past conversations — without leaving the screen. Conversations can be assigned to team members, tagged by topic, and used to send ePay links or reschedule appointments directly.

Can I send payment links to customers via text message through PestPac?

Yes. From Communication Center, clicking 'Ask to Pay' on any past-due invoice sends the customer a secure, one-time ePay link by text — no customer login required. Multi-step reminders support up to 5 touchpoints per rule (e.g., 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before service). Notification rules can be customized by service type and individual customer preference.
