The thought of converting all of your business’s data and information from one pest control software to another can be overwhelming.
However, PestPac has a dedicated team of onboarding specialists that will work with you to make the transition as smooth as possible and get your business successfully up and running on PestPac.

How does the process begin?
We’ll start with a draft conversion of your data. This data will then be thoroughly reviewed by both you and your onboarding specialist to ensure the data is set up properly and we can set up the proper defaults within PestPac based on the way you do business.
How long do I use my current software for?
During the draft conversion process, you’ll continue to work within your current software. Once the draft of your data is finalized, we will convert your data and go live on a date that coincides with the training schedule you have chosen to streamline the process.
How long does the data conversion process take?
A typical data conversion usually takes around 4-8 weeks to finalize. However, that time frame can be shorter or longer depending on how proactive you are during the process, if it’s a common conversion we’ve done many times before, etc.
Why do you start with a draft conversion?
This is a good way to ensure that we can set up the proper defaults within PestPac based on the unique way you run your business. It also allows for thorough training so that you are well-versed in how to use PestPac for when you go live.
Who will I be working with?
We have onboarding service specialists that will act as a consultant for you throughout your data conversion process. They will learn your business processes, determine how you use your existing software, become familiar with your company structure and more so they can understand on how to guide you moving forward to ensure a seamless transition.
At what point will I call into technical support for help?
You will work with your onboarding specialist until you are 100% finished with your conversion and implementation of the software. After that point, you can use the various outlets available to contact technical support for help moving forward.
What if you can’t bring certain information over from my current software?
If there is information that is not stored in the database of your current software, our onboarding specialists will work with you and try a few different strategies to see if there is another way to bring the information over to your PestPac database.
Do I need to get any backups of my current software?
We always recommend a backup of your current database. A backup is provided twice; once for the draft conversion and once for the live conversion to ensure that we have the most up-to-date business data and information.
