Project Management Functionality
The newly-added project management functionality allows you to work on multiple rerouting plans at the same time and save them for future use. Each project is given a unique name, allowing you to easily identify what types of jobs are being rerouted. You can also give multiple users access to a project, making it possible to have a manager or supervisor approve the project before committing the changes back to PestPac. Once you’ve started a project, you can:
- Search by multiple criteria include tech, service, branch, location type, zip code and more!
- See the count, duration and dollar value associated with a route or group of jobs
- Select a group of appointments on the map and reassign work date and/or technician
- Optimize a day's stops to reduce drive time
- Print directions and route information
- Save your project to revisit later, or commit your changes back to PestPac instantly!
Google Maps Powered
Google Maps technology eliminates the need to purchase expensive mapping software that needs to be installed on each workstation and repurchased every couple of years. Maps are always up to date and new neighborhoods are not an issue.
Cross Browser Compatibility
PestPac’s Visual Route Manager is web-based, allowing you to access it from any internet accessible workstation. There is no software to install and you can use any web browser!
