Once your initial training is complete, additional Senior Trainer courses can be conducted at your office to help update existing staff on new procedures, software features, modules and more.

We maintain a fully functioning call center with friendly professionals knowledgeable about the pest control industry and PestPac software. They are available through email, phone and live chat. We offer built-in support links that can be incorporated into your software and employ screen sharing when possible to log right into your database to fix problems. And when necessary, we are happy to visit your offices for a “ride-along” with your technicians to gain first-hand experience of real-life situations that help us better understand your needs.
