FAQ
PestPac includes reports across every area of business: sales by service and zip code, invoices, statements, payment register, commission reports, technician production, material usage, California Material Reports, Arizona TARF reports, gain/loss, AR aging, collections, and schedule-to-actual comparison. Every report can be filtered by date range, customer, service type, technician, or branch, and exported to CSV.
Yes. PestPac's Query Scheduler lets you automate recurring report generation — set specific reports to run on a schedule and be delivered automatically. All reports are also exportable to CSV for use in Excel or QuickBooks. The general ledger export is commonly used to transfer accounting totals into QuickBooks at the end of each week.
Yes. PestPac has period-closing functionality — once a period is closed, no one can post to a date in that period. Reports pulled for a closed period will always show the same numbers regardless of when they're run. The 'as of date' feature in accounts receivable lets you view AR exactly as it was on any past date — important for auditable financial reporting.
