Custom Forms is priced per technician license, with discounts available when bundled with other PestPac plans. Pricing is per user, not per form — you can have unlimited forms uploaded. Office staff can access and send forms from the desktop without needing a separate license. Contact our team for a custom quote.
Yes. Convert your existing paper agreements into fillable PDFs using Adobe, then upload them into PestPac's form template library. Data-map each field to PestPac data sources (customer name, address, service type, etc.) so forms auto-populate when a technician opens them in the field. Technicians collect digital signatures on their mobile device, and completed forms are instantly available in the desktop.
Yes. Completed forms can be emailed or texted to customers directly from the mobile app or desktop via Communication Center. All completed forms are permanently stored under the customer's documents tab. The same system supports sending recurring service agreements for digital signature directly from the field, allowing you to turn a WDO finding into a signed service contract in a single visit.
