We're really happy to be the first adopter for the PestPak side of the Wavelytics Data Factory program. So it saved us a ton of development time and it allowed us to offload all the difficult and scary stuff to your team and to pull in house the fun stuff like leaderboards, competitions, gamification and the like.

So the Wavelytics data share became the foundation of our in house software that we call Insight Tracker. We pipe the users out of PestPac, we pipe their jobs, all their stats, and we put it on a live public leaderboard that everyone in the company can see. This is massive exposure. Sunlight is the greatest disinfectant so everyone can see what everyone else is doing. We have pay transparency, we have performance transparency, and it led to us being able to ship gamification that actually increased the amount of services technicians were able to complete per day by forty percent in the month of December.

So our dream plan for twenty twenty six is a live P and L statement for every technician and every truck in the field. We want to see the gas expense going up in live time, the revenue they're collecting by finishing services, the inventory and product expense. We want to track it down to the cent across the globe in lifetime. So that's our stretch goal. It's a tough one. We're certainly not there yet, but when we blend the data coming out of Wavelytics with our GPS data, our inventory data, our payroll data, etc, then we're going to get this massive global picture. It's going to allow us to make some really smart business decisions this year.
