Wavelytics Data Factory is a high-performance "data warehouse in a box" designed specifically for PestPac, RealGreen, and WinTeam users. It provides a curated, business-ready data layer delivered directly to your environment via Snowflake.
General Overview
Unlike standard reports, the Data Factory provides a clean, curated data set where complex business logic is already defined. By organizing data into a star schema (fact and dimension tables), we handle the heavy lifting of data modeling so you can focus on uncovering insights rather than joining raw tables.
The Data Factory covers all primary functional areas of your core product (PestPac, RealGreen, or WinTeam). As new features are added to your core software, the Data Factory schema evolves to include that new data.
Once you purchase Data Factory, the typical implementation time is one week.
Technical Delivery & Requirements
Data is delivered via a secure Snowflake Share. This method allows for near-instant access to your data without the need for manual exports or complex API integrations.
Yes. You will need a Snowflake account to receive the share. If you don’t have one, we provide step-by-step guidance to help you get set up in minutes.
While creating an account is free, Snowflake operates on a consumption-based pricing model:
- Storage: WorkWave pays for the storage of the data within the share. You only pay for storage if you create your own tables or clones within your environment.
- Compute: You are responsible for the "compute" costs (credits) incurred when you run queries against the data.
By default, your data refreshes every four hours. If your business requires more frequent updates, please contact your account executive to discuss high-frequency refresh options.
Using the Data
To query the data directly within Snowflake, a working knowledge of SQL or Python is recommended. However, if you connect the Data Factory to a Business Intelligence (BI) tool, your team can interact with the data using that tool’s native interface.
Absolutely. You can connect any modern BI or data visualization tool directly to your Snowflake instance to build custom dashboards and reports.
Yes. You have full control over your Snowflake environment. You can create your own views, build new tables, or even ingest data from third-party sources (like Google Ads or HR software) to join with your WorkWave data.
Yes. You have full access to the Snowflake ecosystem, including Snowflake Intelligence, allowing you to build agentic workflows and AI-driven data applications.
